Salman Khan at the age of thirty-eight is considered most sexy actor in bollywood. In recent poll survey by Sify, 38% of people had voted him as most sexy male in Bollywood. John Abraham was far second with only 19% vote. Nobody will disagree, this man has great charisma and is superstar in his own right.

A year back, Salman was going through worst phase of his life. His films were not doing well in Box Office. His famous love story with beauty queen Aishwariya Rai ended in sad note and his problem with Vivek oberai over the phone. There was one accident in which he was involved, where one person died. Media shut him down and there was criticism from every corner and some even declared his career is over in bollywood.

There came 'Tere Naam', one of most memorable performance from him took the biggest ever opening in the history of bollywood and turn into hit. His acting was appreciated in the film as violent lover. He was nominated as best actor in all the award ceremonies. To his bad luck, Hrithik roshan came with a performance of his life in 'Koi Mil Gaya' and won the best actor award everywhere. Later in the year, another film of him 'Baghbaan' with Amitabh Bachan and Hema Malini was also hit. This proved his fans are still with him and his popularity has not diminished. He as done mistakes in life but everybody does some mistake but one has to learn from it.

Recently Salman khan has been improving his relations with media. And there is also calmness in his personal life with famous supermodel Katrina Kaif nurturing his heart. 

Next month his movie 'Garv - Pride and Honour' is releasing. Salman is playing a tough cop in this action entertainer. In the past, he has shown his versatility as Actor. Be it his romantic roles in 'Maine Pyar Kiya', 'Hum Aapke Hai Koun', 'Sanam Bewafa', ' Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam' & 'Tere Naam'. He has also flair for comedy and shown his excellent comedy timing in 'Andaz Apna Apna', 'Judwaa' and 'Pyar Kiya Tho Darna Kiya' etc. Salman has also played action roles in 'Karan Arjun', 'Bandhan', 'Baaghi' etc. Salman Khan has done all genres of films and all kind of roles. Just remember his mature character in 'Chori Chori chupke Chupke' or Shy character in 'Hum Saath Saath hain' or sensitive character in 'Khamoshi' or violent character in 'Tere Naam'. Salman khan has also been the most famous playboy onscreen. ; Be it his 'Saajan' and 'Jab Pyar Kisi Se Hota Hai' . People and Media have never looked beyond his looks, Body and personal life, otherwise there are only few actors in bollywood, who have shown versatility like him and also been successful in that. Media needs to change its view on him.

This is new innings of his career. His first innings of his career had lot of up and downs but he still managed to be on top . With Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan ruled the bollywood in nineties and was Superstar in his own right.  The trades still rates him next only to Shahrukh Khan as far as market value and opening matters. He is undisputed numero uno in masses belt. His upcoming film ' Garv ' and ' Mujhse Shaadi Karogi ' are expected to take thundering opening at the box-office.
