Globally , Dharam Veer was the most successful film of entire 1970s decade after Sholay (Flames). It broke records in Brazil () , Russia () and Turkey ( ). According to various sources , Dharam Veer Russian version has sold around 32 millions ticket . In In India , Amar Akbar Anthony may have been a bigger hit than Dharam Veer but globally, a big no!. Dharam Veer was dubbed in Turkey, Russia and Brazil. The Russian version  was a big blockbuster and according to sources , the film has sold 32 millions ticket in Soviet union market. Dharam Veer's Brazil version  and Turkey version Düşman Kardeşler also grossed tremendous box-office clouts. Last but not the list , the film was also released in Nigeria and U.K. . In Nigeria, the film proved a blockbuster while in U.K. it is being said that the film nearly grossed around £265K which was next only to another Manoj Kumar's Purab Aur Paschim.  B.R. Chopra's controversial film Naya Daur with the biggest box-office wizard Dilip Kumar, achieved unbelievable popularity and fame at box-office. It has recorded unheard collections at all stations and it is being said that , no film to date has recorded such extraordinary  collections as B.R. Chopra's Naya Daur did. Naya Daur in Bombay circuit has nett grossed Rs. 14,98,649-5 out of which Rs. 2,13,698 was paid to entertainment tax , leaving nett collections of 12,84,951-5 .  Subhash Ghai's Vidhaata turned out to be miracle at box-office . The film was released in december , last year . And suddenly there was a storm at box-office. The film played havoc with every box-office windows with 100% collections. Within a matter of some days , Vidhaata was declared an all India highest grosser of the year. The box-office figures till jingled everyday . The figures reached dizzy heights. Subhash Ghai's hit is currently running in 17th week . With Vidhaata, Subhash Ghai has acquired the title of " Godfather " among the industry people. Thespian Dilip Kumar has got a new leash of life with success of Kranti and Vidhaata - the two biggest blockbusters of recent times.
