In India , Amar Akbar Anthony may have been a bigger hit than Dharam Veer but globally, a big no!. Dharam Veer was dubbed in Turkey, Russia and Brazil. The Russian version  was a big blockbuster and according to sources , the film has sold 32 millions ticket in Soviet union market. Dharam Veer's Brazil version  and Turkey version Düşman Kardeşler also grossed tremendous box-office clouts. Last but not the list , the film was also released in Nigeria and U.K. . In Nigeria, the film proved a blockbuster while in U.K. it is being said that the film nearly grossed around £265K which was next only to another Manoj Kumar's Purab Aur Paschim.

The Russian version estimately sold 32 millions ticket. In Brazil and Turkey, it was dubbed as Príncipe Ferreiro and Düşman Kardeşler respectively.
